This has been a terrific week. My article Weightloss You Can Do it was published in the Auburn Journal in Auburn, CA. The Emotional Eating Workshop started up last night and we had a terrific turn out. My goal for my walking this week is 10,000 steps minimum every day and so far my average is 14,000 steps daily. Fall is in the air, my rice, beans and veggies are loaded up in my crockpot so life is good today.
Remember, Life is not about being better than someone else…it’s about being better than you used to be.
