Stress Eating But Not Enjoying Your Food?

Being over stressed makes your food taste worse according to research.  Do you reach for sweets or ice cream when you are anxious or over stressed?  90% of us are stress eaters.  New research reveals being frazzled and over stressed dampens your ability to enjoy pleasurable foods!  Because of this new known fact it is much better to do something relaxing and enjoyable before indulging.  Take a walk or soak in a warm tub before you indulge in a treat, you will enjoy it so much more.
