Earned a Master of Science degree in Counselor Education, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento.
For over 30 years, I have gained knowledge and experience in the fields of community mental health, social services, and social welfare. My areas of expertise include supervising the Adult Protective Services (APS) program, Cal-Learns Teen Parenting Program, and GAIN welfare to work programs. I have a Career Development Certificate from California State University, Sacramento.
In Sacramento County, I served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Foster Youth Services, and for 11 years advocated for the same boy. I have a Cleveland Clinic Certificate from their Embracing Life, Exercise and Nutrition program.
I served as a board member with the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce and the United Way Health Counsel Fit Kids program promoting healthy lifestyles for kids and their families.

We will help you find a path that is best for you to follow by providing a safe place to vent frustrations and to share your joys and accomplishments. We will help you create the life you want and get excited about living your life to the fullest.
I am a motivational speaker and conduct workshops, classes, groups and seminars to men and women around the country.
