Research shows that faking calmness when you are over anxious can actually calm you. So the next time your anxiety is over the roof, simply pretend that you are calm and relaxed by taking slow deep breaths and lowering your voice when you talk. Within five minutes your mind and body should be calmer. I think we should do this often and before our stress gets to the “over anxious” stage. I don’t know about you , but I need all the calmness I can get. I am going to take a break and do some deep breathing right now. How about you?
