What coaching suits you?

Our goals are always to empower our clients to make life changes, increase self-esteem, and strengthen self confidence.  We offer six-week workshops covering:  Values; confidence building, “I” statements; reducing shame and guilt; job interview preparation; general household budgeting; re-framing thoughts; identifying feelings; making good decisions; and understanding healthy communication.

  Our workshops:

  • Power*Up Helps middle school children find their inner voice and verbally defend themselves against peer pressure and bullies. We meet weekly in area middle schools.  Kids are taught how to express their feelings and learn how to work in effective teams where everyone is heard.

 

  • Silver Metals Helps women find their inner voice, protect themselves from getting into or returning to situations of domestic violence and emotional abuse.  We empower women to make healthy lifestyle changes and watch their self-esteem and self-confidence go up.

 

  • Diamond Strings Helps couples find their inner voice, helps them connect or reconnect, helps stop emotional or physical abuse, and helps them to strengthen their relationships to preserve the family unit and reduce the possibility of divorce.

 

  • Soaring Eagles Helps inmates find their inner voice, helps them connect or reconnect with themselves, helps stop emotional and physical abuse, and helps strengthen family and peer relationships.  

 

  • Take Flight Helps veterans adjust to being out of the military and helps inmates adjust to reentering society. We cover building relationships, various styles of communication, anxiety, expectations, fears, embarrassment, PTSD, and how to adjust to the world after being away from family and friends for extended periods of time.

Empowering people to make healthy life changes

Making lifestyle changes can feel very overwhelming.  We know, change can feel like an impossible journey.  Change isn’t a journey at all it’s a decision and happens in any moment you choose it.  Change is just a choice and you can make the choice now.  In our workshops, we help you to make and maintain life changes, we provide structure, encouragement, and support to empower you to set and achieve goals.  Together we look at specific barriers preventing you from making positive life changes.  We explore and discuss long term behavioral modifications that work in the present and are flexible enough to evolve as you grow. Making lifestyle changes takes time and emotional investment.  Our team is invested in helping you achieve your goals.
