Easy Breezy Holiday Truffle Balls

1 8oz package cream cheese softened

1   1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted

3/4 cup purchased cookie crumbs

1/4 cup light corn syrup

Chocolate or red sprinkles

Beat cream cheese until smooth.  Beat in melted chips.  Stir in cookie crumbs and corn syrup.  Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

Form into 1-inch balls and roll in sprinkles.  Place on plate or in mini baking cups.
