Banana-Almond Smoothie

1 large banana (frozen makes it yummy)
1/2 cup frozen diced peaches
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 cup almond extract
1-2 Tbs favorite protein powder
Few ice cubes
*sometimes I add a little water

In baby blender or magic bullet blend all ingredients. Pour into a pretty glass or drink it right from the blender cup. They say the carotenoids in peaches ward off wrinkles. Don’t forget to add a fun and colorful straw.
