8 oz whole wheat spaghetti
3 cups broccoli florets (steamed)
1 can cannellini beans, drains and rinsed
2 TBS tomato paste
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 TBS chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook spaghetti as directed on package (omit oil). Add steamed broccoli during last 3 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
Stir in tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook over medium low heat until thoroughly heated. Stir in parsley Sprinkle each serving with 2 tsp cheese.
