Come join me on September 10th @ 8:30 am for a morning filled with “ah ha” moments. Your spirits will be lifted and your energy will come alive from the time you walk into the venue up until the moment you leave. This event will be an exciting fun filled exploration of your personality and the personality of others. Through discussion, laughter and activities you will learn healthy ways to effectively communicate with your family, friends and co-workers. At the end of the morning you will feel excited and motivated to use your new skills and tools towards being the Best You-You Can Be!
