You Are Not The Number On Your Scale!

If you’re not happy now you won’t be happy thin. We’re all more than a number on a scale. The scale is a good tool letting us know when we’re in danger of being on the high or low side of good health.


Other good tools are tape measures, weights, bands, tennis shoes, journals, fresh foods, water and people you can share your life journey with.

This week, dance like nobody’s watching, feel beautiful from the inside out and find something that makes you laugh until you snort.
